What time should I show up for my shift?You can arrive at the agreed time or up to a maximum of 5 minutes early. Please make sure to follow this schedule to avoid unnecessary waiting.

How can I modify or cancel an appointment?Remember that you can modify or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. You can do so directly from the confirmation email you received for the appointment, at the bottom, in the "Modify or cancel the appointment" section.

What payment methods do you accept?You can pay with cash, MercadoPago, Binance, and Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Can I get a massage if I’m pregnant?Yes, you can receive a massage until the twelfth week of pregnancy, and during the last 4 weeks, you can receive a massage only on the upper body. If you're interested in Chinese Medicine, I will be happy to recommend a suitable professional.

Do you offer couple treatments?Yes, during a couple's treatment, while one person receives Thai Massage, the other is treated with various Chinese Medicine techniques, such as cupping, moxibustion, and acupuncture. To book an appointment for you and your partner, simply mention it when making the reservation, and the remaining balance will be paid on the day of the appointment.

What do you recommend after a massage?I recommend that you avoid exercising for a few hours after the massage, allowing your body to recover and rest. Try to drink extra water to help your body eliminate toxins. You may also feel hungry, as we have activated processes that will require you to replenish energy. Lastly, go to bed at a reasonable hour and enjoy a deeply restorative sleep.
